End of life - Ideas for practice
- SCIE has put out a call for good practice in end of life care. Whether the care is being provided in the person’s own home, in a care home or in hospital, we want to gather new ideas about how to support people and their families at the end of life. By sharing your ideas for practice you will help others to benefit from your experience and innovation.
You can see the examples we have received so far on this page. Some are on the Good Practice Framework, others are in the form of case studies. Our aim is to support the development of good practice by providing a platform where new and existing information, resources and links are gathered together so that people and their families at the end of life get the best care possible from social care practitioners.
There are two ways in which we could feature your work:
- Complete the form on the Good Practice Framework
- Send short case study or summary which highlights what makes your service special, draws out innovative elements of the work and gives readers ideas they might use in their own practice. Contact pamela.holmes@scie.org.uk.
