Supporting effective transitions in mental health services for young adults
SCIE’s work on mental health service transitions aims to improve the experience of young people who are moving from mental health services for children and adolescents to adult mental health services or alternative support in adulthood.
Our resources support positive transitions into accessible age appropriate services for young people who have significant emotional, behavioural or psychological problems and are in need of, or receiving, a mental health service in the community or an inpatient setting.
