Problems receiving email updates

Most email providers filter incoming messages to remove 'spam' (unsolicited commercial email messages). Unfortunately, spam filters often block legitimate messages, such as our email updates. This is particularly a problem for people using providers like AOL, Yahoo or Hotmail, and we are working with these providers to try and ensure that you do receive messages from us. You may also find that your email software has its own spam filters which could put messages from us directly in a 'junk email' folder.

There are a number of things you can try if you sign up for updates but do not receive them.

  • Add mailing@scie.org.uk to your email contacts.
  • If your email software uses spam filters, add our address to your 'safe senders' list and add scie.org.uk to your 'safe domains' list.
  • If neither of these work, please contact us and we will do all we can to resolve the problem.
