Since 2011 ‘16’ ,as part of a group of organisations under the ‘Mutually Inclusive umbrella, has aimed to meet the increased need for supported employment opportunities , particularly in relation to young people and adults with Learning Disabilities.

The initial start up pilot was funded by the local health authority in South West Bristol and has since attracted funding from a range of avenues, such as Voluntary Sector Funding, Department of Work and Pensions, and Local Authorities.
