Dementia Gateway: Dementia Good Practice Exchange
SCIE is looking for examples of good practice in dementia care so that we can share them with people working in the sector and help to raise standards of care. Good care can significantly improve quality of life for people with dementia, so sharing practice can lead to better outcomes.
We would like to hear from you if you have developed effective ways of working that have improved the lives of people with dementia. We are looking for examples of any type of practice, but are particularly keen to hear about practice that can help to reduce unnecessary use of anti–psychotic drugs.
Anyone can view good practice examples – passwords aren't necessary – so you can link to them from your own website to inform visitors of your good practice.
SCIE has developed the new practice example section on the Dementia Gateway in partnership with ECCA.
You can submit your examples through our Good Practice Framework.
