About

Organisational change in social care has been produced by the University of Birmingham, in partnership with Middlesex University and the Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE).

It is based on research into approaches and tools for organisational change within adult social care which was carried out by the Health Services Management Centre at the University of Birmingham and the Business School at Middlesex University London.

It has been created as an online resource by SCIE and published in June 2015.

The research has been funded by the School for Social Care Research at the National Institute for Health Research.
