Having worked out their 10 standards, the participants decide how they are going to measure improvement against each one.

It’s important that each team member understands how their work contributes to meeting the standards. So, from now on, the performance appraisal process (see the A-Z) will include the standards.

Bharat reckons the improvement event was a success.

He writes a report about it (illustrated with photos taken there).

He circulates the report to the rest of the team, and it’s discussed at team meetings.

He also sends a two-page summary of the planned changes to everyone who has provided feedback.  And he circulates a link on Twitter.
