Make some notes about your morning routine – you'll need to add to these as you work your way through this section.

Start from when you wake up (and how you wake up) and then go through your morning, in detail, step-by-step, until you leave for work or go out of the house.

The more detail you can put in the better.

So, for example, if you have tea or coffee in the mornings, how do you have it?

You'll need to add to (and refer back to) your notes as you complete this and other sections of your one-page profile. You might find it easier to type your notes on your computer, instead of writing by hand – with a program like 'Word' you can easily save notes to refer back to them later.
