MCA audit tools
Now that the MCA has been in force for almost three years, it is timely to consider the impact the Act has made in practice.
SCIE has commissioned a number of audit tools to test the use, effectiveness and impact of the Act. They are designed for use across statutory, independent and third sector health and social care services.
These resources can be used by individuals, groups or organisations to measure and review provision, to assess compliance against the Act and to be used as benchmarks to test future improvements.
