Terms and conditions

1. The first year social work student competition will run from March 17 until 1600 on 30 June 2008.
2. The prize is a iPod Nano - 4GB.
3. This draw is not open to employees of SCIE, their agencies or anyone else connected with the creation or administration of the promotion.
4. Entry is open to first year social work student in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
5. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. SCIE retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available due to circumstances beyond it's reasonable control.
6. Only one entry is allowed per person. Third party and bulk entries will not be accepted.
7. No responsibility is taken for entries lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete due to server functions, virus, bugs or any other causes outside outside SCIE's control. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt.
8. The winner will be notified within seven days of the closing date.
9. The promotion will be governed by English law.
