Learning organisations
A learning organisation is the term given to a company that learns from its members and continuously develops itself. These resources are designed to allow organisations to assess whether they are a learning organisation, that is, an organisation that uses evidence-based practice and informed decision-making. They will be beneficial to all levels of the organisation.
