Housing conditions and children's wellbeing

Environmental housing conditions can affect the health and wellbeing of children. A SCIE report found that more than one million children in England are currently in ‘damp, cold, infested' housing. The resources provided are intended for people working with children and families who live in housing that is considered sub-standard.
