SCR Quality Markers
18 Quality Markers for case reviews and Serious Case Reviews (SCRs). Covering the whole process, the Quality Markers provide a consistent and robust approach to SCRs. They are based on established principles of effective reviews as well as SCR practice expertise, and ethical considerations.
Practice issues from Serious Case Reviews
Learning about difficulties in inter-professional communication and decision-making identified through a collation of SCRs. Includes a map of all issues and 14 detailed briefings. The briefings aim to support self-assessment by presenting why these issues arise, and how they might be addressed.
Learning into Practice Project
The Learning into Practice Project was led by the NSPCC and SCIE. It looked at how to improve the quality and use of Serious Case Reviews.
