The team supporting the project consists of staff from all three partners, bringing a wide range of skills and qualifications, combining access to a range of community information on mental health and well-being with peer support promoting integration into the community.

The project was initially only funded for 3 months but is now seen as a vanguard, with similar projects being rolled out across the area. The extension of the project was built upon an early evaluation report in July 2014 which illustrated a steady increase of people accessing the project with 150 attendees in it's first month rising to 570 in 2015, users reporting heightened well-being and early reports indicated an impact on the reduction of A & E attendances. In addition the project has shown to reduce acute psychiatric admissions to local hospitals by 33%
