Using the person-centred plans, Denise starts to work with the staff team to consider how they should address the issues that have arisen during the SSM process.

Examples of worldviews from a staff member are: The point is, we want to take a person-centred approach. But, in the past, the Board hasn’t wanted to take on any of our ideas.
