Strengths-based leadership programme

The Strengths-based Leadership Programme is an applied development programme designed to support practice leaders to engage with academic insights from research and theory, to critically reflect on their own leadership, and to develop a community of practice with their peers. The programme blends online learning resources, work-based activities and contact days between programme participants. The programme has been developed by the University of Birmingham and the Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE).
