Our Care Equity Evidence Hub brings together evidence and analysis on inequities in access to, experience of, and outcomes from social care. It curates research, case studies and data to show how inequities arise across services, settings and places.
The hub supports policy, practice and service design by appraising and summarising published evidence. Content is organised by topic, with clear information on key findings, statistics, policy implications and the strength of the evidence, helping stakeholders use research to understand and address inequities in social care. Learn more about our six key topics.
Welcome
We want the Hub to continue developing through stakeholder engagement and co-production. If you or your organisation work in social care, we’d like to hear from you. Contact us to:
- share feedback on the Hub
- suggest new evidence or topics
- provide examples of how evidence has been used to inform policy, commissioning or practice
- discuss opportunities to work with SCIE on care equity.
