Leadership of teams and systems

As discussed in the introductory sections, leadership is not about the innate qualities of an exceptional person but rather a relational process between individuals who have a common interest, challenge or goal. In Part 2 of the programme we will consider two leadership contexts which are central to the implementation of strengths-based practice – leadership of teams and leadership of systems. We will also explore the relevance of political leadership skills and the role of councillors in the 21st century.
