Welcome to the Co-production Week 2023 webinar. Each year we host a co-production discussion with a different theme and this year’s theme is ‘Co-production in the real world’. We’ll be finding out about new and innovative examples of co-production and the ways people are shaping the services they receive – and also the decisions made about them and their lives.
During Co-production Week we’ll be sharing the results of our co-production survey, carried out earlier in the year. This webinar delves into some of the eye-opening results about defining and understanding co-production; and what stops good co-production happening among both social and health care staff and people with lived experience. Plus there are recommendations to remove barriers and promote meaningful co-production.
The webinar will be co-presented by people with lived experience and social care staff; and will be discussion-based. Panel details to follow – this the session is a great opportunity to find out what’s going on in the world of co-production in 2023.
