Work-based task 3: Theory of Change

We would like you to use the Nesta template but you can draw on another Theory of Change template if you would prefer or consider if there is a standard model used in your organisation.

This will help you to think through your work-based project to think about the most important actions (or steps) that will need to be undertaken, and the expected effects and wider benefits.

An exemplar of how a participant from a previous cohort has used the template is provided below.
