The session explores how to open up opportunities for wider digital access and some of the benefits it can deliver, as well as some of the challenges and risks which are associated with that expansion. The panel discuss how services can and do use technology to refocus on goals of dignity and independence, and how best to get the support of busy staff behind new systems in order to ensure sustainability of new approaches by achieving behavioural change.
