Serious Case Review Quality Markers
18 Quality Markers for case reviews and Serious Case Reviews (SCRs). Covering the whole process, the Quality Markers provide a consistent and robust approach to SCRs. They are based on established principles of effective reviews as well as SCR practice expertise, and ethical considerations.

Learning about difficulties in inter-professional communication and decision-making identified through a collation of SCRs. Includes a map of all issues and 14 detailed briefings. The briefings aim to support self-assessment by presenting why these issues arise, and how they might be addressed.
