SCIE’s annual Co-production Week

SCIE’s annual Co-production Week returned for its ninth year in 2024. It is a celebration of the power of co-production to design and develop better ways of doing things in social care.

The event showcases the benefits of co-production, shares good practice and promotes the contribution of people who access care and support in developing better social care.

“Attending this conference led me to understand that the council has a way to go in terms of Adult Services to promote and realise Co-Production. These discussions are very helpful for advocating for co-production with Managers and Senior Leaders.”

SCIE at the political party conferences

A social care system fit for the 21st century is in the national interest. To help realise this ambition, SCIE hosted events across the three major political party conferences themed around innovation in care.

Driving awareness of issues is crucial, but driving solutions through improvement and innovation is of paramount importance as we continue to navigate new and challenging times.

SCIE at NCASC

SCIE attended the National Children and Adult Services Conference (NCASC) in November 2024 to showcase our digital innovation around future care models. We offered insights and practical tools for improving social care.

SCIE’s Spring Reception

Our impact is your impact.

In March 2023 we held our Spring Reception at EY’s offices in London Bridge, where we celebrated our impact over the course of the previous year and showcased key projects and stakeholders to an audience of senior stakeholders from across national and local government, care providers, regional bodies, and sector membership organisations.

Our next reception will be held in the Spring of 2025 – more details to follow.
