Evaluation is important in order to establish the success of the process and develop it for future use.
Evaluation should consider the following:

- The methodology – did it work well? Were changes in process needed?
- What do participants want to do to make good use of the improved knowledge base?
- Are there gaps in knowledge, training or resources? How can these be addressed?
