Webinar recording: Building back from COVID-19

Unleashing the potential of strengths-based practice

Before the COVID-19 pandemic arrived, a growing number of local authorities were implemented plans to develop strengths-based approaches (SBAs) to adult social care. A strengths-based approach to social care focuses on identifying the strengths, or assets, as well as the needs and difficulties of people who use services and their families. In our paper on leadership of SBAs, we shared many case studies of impressive practice being developed across the sector.

This webinar explored the latest good practice, and shared a new diagnostic framework for creating productive and impactful strengths-based practitioners.
