This webinar was chaired by SCIE, and run by Deborah Rozansky, a Senior Associate.

Deborah is an expert in health and social care policy and practice. Formally trained in public health and social science research, she has worked for the past 20 years with the NHS, central and local government, developing a specialism in the care for older people and those with chronic care needs. Her current research examines UK and international approaches for measuring the outcomes of integrated care.

This practical webinar provides an overview of metrics you might use to measure local progress with integrated care. The discussion starts from the SCIE logic model, which provides a framework for understanding integrated care. Targeted at both operational leads and commissioners, Deborah reviews the emerging evidence around metrics and shares some validated measurement tools.

The webinar aims to:

• as well as national outcomes indicators, to identify what's working, where improvements are needed and how to accelerate change.
