Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC)
DHSC contracts SCIE to develop and share products and services that improve practice and support the implementation of its policy.

Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accounting, and Peopletoo
SCIE, CIPFA and Peopletoo have come together to support local government in the challenges that social care faces.

States of Jersey
SCIE is working with States of Jersey on children’s social care. SCIE is developing a learning programme; supporting the implementation of a practice framework; quality assuring and auditing; and coaching and mentoring.

Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety (Northern Ireland)
The DHSSPS commissions SCIE to deliver a range of services in Northern Ireland.

Welsh Assembly Government
SCIE supports the development of social care in Wales, to improve the knowledge and skills of those working in care services.

National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE)
SCIE supports the implementation of NICE social care guidance.

Quality matters
SCIE is one of 10 national partners involved in this initiative to support collaborative working between health and adult social care.

Think Local Act Personal (TLAP)
SCIE hosts TLAP to support personalisation. We coordinate our work programmes, and provide services such as communications support, finance, facilities and HR support as required.

Church of England
Having completed an audit of diocesan safeguarding arrangements for the Church of England, SCIE is conducting an independent audit of the Church’s palaces and cathedrals to support learning and improvement in safeguarding practice.

Surrey County Council
Surrey County Council has asked SCIE to become a long-term improvement partner to provide challenge and support. SCIE’s input will help the Council to develop and implement an adult care and support improvement plan.
