Using the SCIE Logic Model: Webinar
7 December 2018
This online seminar - delivered by SCIE Associate Deborah Rozansky - on behalf of the Better Care Support Team - focused on how local areas can use the SCIE logic model as a tool to plan, monitor and evaluate the success of integrated schemes.
The model describes what good looks like, providing a visual depiction of how a fully integrated health and care system might be structured and function, and the outcomes and benefits it should deliver for those who use services and their carers.
It looked at how local areas can use the logic model as a tool to plan, monitor and evaluate the success of integrated schemes.
The session helps participants:
- Understand the latest evidence of what works
- Explore the key interventions that are proven to make a difference
- Identify appropriate ways to measure integrated care, based on the latest tools and frameworks, and how these metrics can be used to plan, monitor and evaluate your progress.
