2 March 2020
The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) has a wide range of resources that can support registered nurses working in social care to meet the new standards of proficiency from the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). This webinar aims to inform nurses about the resources and will focus on two platforms of particular relevance to person-centred care: platform 3 assessing needs and planning care, and platform 5 leading and managing nursing care and working in teams.
The webinar was presented by:
- Christine Wint - Project Manager, Regulated Professional Workforce, Skills for Care
- Susan West - Senior Nursing Education Adviser, Nursing and Midwifery Council
- Simon Jones – NICE Fellow and Consultant Nurse, Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust
